Katie Jensen brings 28 years of multifamily property management experience and a proven track record of operational leadership. As Vice President of Property Management for Founders Property Management, she oversees portfolio operations, leads strategic initiatives, and partners with teams across the organization to improve performance, standardize processes, and enhance the resident experience.

Throughout her career, Katie has held leadership roles across nearly every facet of property management, overseeing a diverse range of asset types and portfolios across the nation. This broad experience has given her a deep understanding of both day-to-day operations and long-term portfolio strategy. She has successfully led organizational growth, technology implementations, operational improvements, policy development, and leadership initiatives that drive consistency and performance.

Katie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through IREM, one of the industry’s highest professional credentials. She is also a licensed Utah real estate agent and remains actively involved in the industry through volunteer leadership and advocacy, serving on committees that promote professional development and advance the housing industry.
