Ken McElroy is a nationally recognized real estate investor, entrepreneur, and multifamily executive with more than 35 years of experience in asset management, property management, development, and construction. Throughout his career, he has acquired and sold more than $1 billion in commercial real estate.

Ken founded McElroy Management in 1998 before merging the company with The McCallister Company in 2001 to form MC Companies (now Founders Property Management). Under his leadership, the organization grew into one of the Southwest’s leading multifamily investment and management firms.

An active industry advocate, Ken previously served as Chairman of the Arizona Multihousing Association and continues to be a respected voice in multifamily investment and operations.
