Rich Stayner has more than 40 years of multifamily property management experience, with expertise spanning conventional, affordable, and condominium communities across the United States.

As a former Principal at Lend Lease Real Estate, Rich oversaw multifamily assets across 11 states and developed deep operational expertise in asset performance and portfolio management. He later played a key role in Bridge Property Management’s investment platform, contributing to underwriting, due diligence, and value-add execution while serving as Co-Chief Investment Officer for Bridge Investment Group’s Workforce Housing Funds I and II.

Rich is a past President of the Utah Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), reflecting his longstanding commitment to operational excellence and professional leadership.
