With more than 40 years of experience in multifamily development, construction, and asset management, Ross McCallister has built a distinguished career creating high-quality residential communities across Arizona. He has developed and constructed more than 5,000 apartment homes and is a licensed general contractor.

As co-founder of MC Companies (now The Founders Group), Ross has led the firm’s development strategy, overseeing land acquisition, financing, construction, and long-term asset performance. His leadership has helped shape one of the region’s most respected multifamily organizations.

Ross has also served as Chairman of both the Arizona Multihousing Association and the Arizona Housing Finance Authority, reflecting his longstanding commitment to advancing the multifamily industry throughout the state.
