Russ Minnick brings more than four decades of leadership in multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, property management, construction, and investment strategy. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $5 billion in real estate transactions and over $1 billion in real estate development.

As founder of Bridge Property Management, Russ led acquisitions and dispositions across multiple Bridge investment funds and later served as Co-Chief Investment Officer for Bridge Investment Group’s Workforce Housing Funds I and II. Earlier in his career, he managed Boston Financial’s 20,000-unit multifamily portfolio throughout the western United States.

A respected industry leader, Russ is a past President of the Utah Apartment Association and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
